In my opinion, when you go in with a heavy hand on either, you can look a bit cakey. A little goes a long way with these products. Formulaīoth formulas are full-coverage, and they really mean full-coverage. They have pretty similar applicators though, both large doe foot. The packaging on the Tarte concealer is a bit more luxe-looking compared to the simple Elf packaging.
